Return products you are unsatisfied with
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 20 days from the delivered date to our warehouse for a full refund. Please contact us for return address before sending the unit back. Returned products must be in a new, unused condition, and contain all original packaging and accessories (including all warranty cards and product manuals/instructions). Any product that has been misused or that shows any signs of extensive wear will not be returned. A $100 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for personal transportation devices that are returned. Please be advised customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Return defective items (Warranty Claim)
- If your product is determined to be defective without any substantial physical wear and tear within 1 year of purchase, customer is eligible for free replacement or repair service. Customer will need to provide photos and videos showing the defect(s) of the product. Please be advised customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.*NOTE: If you purchased from an authorized reseller you must work directly with them for returns and warranty claims.
Item needs repaired
- If your product is determined to be out of warranty due to wear and tear on the device, please email email@example.com about our repair services. Only products purchased from www.monorover.com or authorized resellers are eligible for repair service at this time. Please be advised customers are responsible for all return shipping charges to our repair facility. Customer will be billed through PayPal for repair services upon successful completion of repair. United States customers only at this time, please.
When will a replacement be sent?
- If a product needs to be returned for replacement under a warranty claim, the replacement is sent after receiving the returned item.
When will my refund be issued?
- Refunds are issued once the unit arrives at our return facility. Please save a copy of your return tracking number and information until you are notified by a member of our team that we have completed your refund.
